Warranty Policy
We provide a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Please retain your proof of purchase, as it serves as your warranty record.
Warranty Coverage:

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

The warranty period begins on the date the product is purchased by the customer.
Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover the following:

Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, improper storage, or user error.

Damage resulting from natural disasters, force majeure, or other unforeseen events.

Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents) that does not affect product performance.

Consumable parts such as the power adapter and USB cable, which are subject to normal wear and are generally not covered.
After Warranty Expiry:
If the warranty period has expired, the customer will be responsible for any repair or replacement costs, including parts and service fees.
